A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies that result service; the site's servers do not retain a copy of the search. If you send a message, we receive the information included in it and use it to respond.

Public records held by Roanoke or Virginia custodians are outside this site's control. Requests for those records are governed by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code ยง2.2-3704, and corrections go to the responsible office.
